This is a free software program available on the internet and via the U.S. mail. Each volume contains 20 cases with their associated radiographs (65 to 130 radiographic images per volume). Teaching and discussion sections follow. Good for teaching medical students, residents, for CME, and as a valuable desktop resource. Requires Microsoft Windows and a 256 color driver. Volume 1 was reviewed by Medical Software Reviews (6/95 issue), which awarded its highest ratings in all categories. Volumes 1 - 4 were awarded the 1996 Professional Medical Education Award by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Users are encouraged to copy the program disks and distribute them to others.
